St Ouen’s Community Project

At ATF we care about our local community. That’s why for every domestic account opened by a St Ouen resident between 1st October – 30th November, we’ll donate £25 to the St Ouen’s Community Project Fund.

Trustees working closely with the Parish, considered a major redevelopment of the St Ouen Youth and Community Centre – a facility held in Trust for the benefit of the Parish and Anglican Church. Unfortunately, the proposed scheme proved to be financially unviable.

With this in mind, the Management committee and Trustees came up with an alternative proposal. The proposal is to create a café within the building run by a commercial operator. In addition, the toilet block built in the 1970’s, will be completely refurbished and improvements made to the ground floor to enable better access for the disabled. The heating system will also be converted to an all-electric system and lighting will be updated to meet modern standards. New flooring will be fitted and rooms will be redecorated where necessary.

This is where the St Ouen’s Community Project Fund comes in – to raise the money required for the project, and we are very happy to support this cause.
